fix(ci): add mainnet Go analyzer coverage in CI

The current Go lint check misses source files and tests that require the mainnet build tag. This adds a second pass with that tag, using the same configured version, rules, and exclusions. The existing default-build and simulation-module checks remain in place.

It also renames error variables in existing mainnet migration code to resolve 21 warnings without changing migration behavior.
