Draft: Expand THORNode safety and security test coverage

The test pipeline did not execute the separate simulation Go module, a mainnet-only Monero safety test, or eBifrost under the race detector. Simulation invariant queries could also fail while the watcher reported success. This change closes those gaps and adds reproducible accounting, quorum, recovery, determinism, fuzzing, and mutation checks.

The MR runs the new tests in GitLab CI: test-simulation-unit, test-mainnet-monero, unit-tests-race-bifrost (including x/thorchain/ebifrost), consensus-determinism, security-fuzz-fast, and security-mutations-fast when relevant files change. The existing unit and regression jobs also exercise the new Go tests and regression scenarios. Scheduled jobs run deeper fuzzing, mutations, and accounting campaigns. Test reports record executed tests and unexpected skips.

Local validation on the integrated branch passed the root and simulation module suites, the eBifrost/Bifrost race gate, network-specific tests, deterministic replay, fuzz seed campaigns, fast and deep curated mutations, recovery scenarios, and selected native regression suites. CI YAML passed GitLab lint. The full cluster simulation was left to isolated GitLab CI because its local Make prerequisite resets Docker volumes used by a shared mocknet.

Review the individual commits by area. MR pipeline 2932029891 passed all 20 jobs, including the cluster simulation and new security gates. The 32-seed accounting, deep fuzz, and deep mutation campaigns are scheduled-only and have not yet run in GitLab CI. The MR remains draft for code review.

Individual draft review MRs !5182 (merged)–!5191 now cover the ten topic workspaces, with huginn-bot assigned. They overlap this integrated branch; !5185 (merged) is stacked on the simulation-unit MR !5183 (merged). Please coordinate one landing path so a topic change is not merged twice. Each topic MR must pass its own pipeline before it is considered ready.
