Summary

Bump CosmWasm dependencies to the latest v2.2.x / v0.54.x maintenance releases:

  • github.com/CosmWasm/wasmvm/v2 v2.2.1 → v2.2.9
  • github.com/CosmWasm/wasmd v0.54.0 → v0.54.10

The libwasmvm shared-library path in build/docker/Dockerfile and tools/events/Dockerfile is updated to the new module version. test/simulation go.mod/go.sum are updated to match.

Required by wasmd v0.54.10 (resolved by MVS):
