[simulation] ERC20 Pools and Contract Support

Ursa (9R) requested to merge ursa/simulation-tokens into develop

This continues building out simulation tests with support for ERC20s and contract calls. The next phase after this is merged will be adding swap in/out with aggregator contracts.
