[fix] Quote Fuzzy on Saver Assets

There was an erroneous match which prevented the fuzzy asset being shortened on pools with savers vaults. Additionally sets the expected_amount_out_streaming (pending deprecation) that was accidentally dropped in the last change. This is deployed as a hotfix for now on https://thornode.ninerealms.com.
