[V120-specific] Do not allow swaps to a native coin's synthetic

Intended to close #1658 (closed)
'[bug] THOR/BTC swaps'.

Update:
Now updated to apply to the synthetic of any THORChain-native coin, rather than only synthetics of Derived Assets.
(At present, the only difference is to cover swaps to THOR/RUNE as well, though these are expected to not be possible without a THOR.RUNE pool.)
