[fix] POL Withdraw
Resolves #1644 (closed) - the issue was that the move was less that one basis point of the position, and withdraw of zero basis points was invalid. Along the way an invariant break was discovered (filed at #1651 (closed)).
As of 2024-05-14 a change has been implemented to enforce access token expiry. If you see higher numbers of HTTP 401 responses, please check tokens that may have expired.
