[BUG] Limit inactive vaults number
Given normal churn interval is 43200 blocks , sometimes when the network has issues , we need to 10x it to give us more time to fix issues ,so limit the vault age at 500_000 should be enough.
As of 2024-05-14 a change has been implemented to enforce access token expiry. If you see higher numbers of HTTP 401 responses, please check tokens that may have expired.
