[test] Fix Regression Export Paths, Mirror Suite Hierarchy
The change in !2911 (merged) had renamed suites, but not exports so changes to the end state would be ignored. This also makes a small change to mirror the suites hierarchy in the exports.
As of 2024-05-14 a change has been implemented to enforce access token expiry. If you see higher numbers of HTTP 401 responses, please check tokens that may have expired.
