[V111-specific] Lending Module RUNE balance for Lending RUNE accounting

[V111-specific]

Intending to close #1538 (closed).

I am happy to include more tests on request (/according to specifications or based on a provided commit).

At present, please note that in the suites_lending_lending.json exports
the RUNE balance of the Lending Module (and total supply) is different,
but all other balances and pool depths are identical
to with the current mint-burn Lending accounting.
