Lending enforce minout for first swap of loan open or repayment #check-lint-warning

This simple change just applies the minout passed in the lending open/close memo to the first swap.

The reason why its the first swap and not the second is because by the time the second swap has happened, the open/close of the loan has already been committed in the previous block and therefore cannot be "undone" or reverted.
