[fix] Update Status to Nine Realms Gaia

The api.cosmos.network endpoint has been down for like a month, so this will switch over to the RPC endpoint provided by Nine Realms.

No, there were some reports in their Discord but no response. There were links to https://cosmos.directory which provides proxies to their nodes apparently, but I felt weird about routing requests through a non-foundation controlled domain so just used the Nine Realms one for now.
