SwapFinalised transaction status stage

As per this discussion, for the Transaction Status(/Stages) endpoint,
an attempt to alert interfaces to whether an inbound transaction has a swap pending
(in contrast with e.g. having had no outbound due to being too small to satisfy an outbound fee).
