Update TxScript dependencies (to allow UTXO-chain keysign failure broadcast)

Closes #1400 (closed).

Specifically, all four TxScript-repository merge requests linked in #1400 (closed) have now been merged,
and this MR updates which versions of those repositories THORNode uses as dependencies.

If having the intended result, this should allow errors.As to recognise and broadcast keysign failures for UTXO chains.
