Resolve "ADD: LP to update addresses"

  • Adds ability to update an LP record's RUNE or ASSET address via memo/handler: UPDATE:ASSET:ADDRESS
  • ASSET must correspond to a pool the sender has an LP position in
  • ADDRESS can either be an asset address or a RUNE address
  • Add a Mimir check EnableUpdateMemo<CHAIN> to explicitly enable this feature per chain
