Ethereum Clean Shutdown

Ursa (9R) requested to merge ursa/ethereum into master

This sends SIGINT with a 30 second timeout before killing the Ethereum pod. It should reduce the likelihood of unclean shutdown and the subsequent "Head state missing, repairing" that causes the pod to take awhile to reach sync again after restart.
