Draft: Remove Midgard Proxy Endpoints

We had talked on this briefly a few months back and it was the general consensus at least among 9R that it would be preferable to have UIs request thornode directly for these endpoints. This will save us overhead to maintain duplicate docs and mappings, avoid ambiguity, and save a network hop.

The tentative target date for the PR merge and rollout is April 18 May 02.
