Binance Daemon - Auto Disable StateSync and Sync Nine Realms Snapshot

Ursa (9R) requested to merge ursa/binance-auto-disable-statesync into master

We can update this PR to include a new release tag for the Binance image following approval of binance-node!8 (merged). Additionally this removes the dead entrypoint.sh script from the Binance daemon config map, as the entrypoint.sh used is defined in the image.
