Update chain clients (ETH, BTC)

  • Update geth to v1.10.3 which contains many bug fixes and improvements
  • Use new --syncmode snap in Geth for faster, smaller syncing of ETH chain
  • Bitcoin v0.21.1 with various misc. improvements

Testing:

  • New MCCN cluster fully sync's (15 hrs bare metal)
  • New MCCN using existing clients updates to new clients (18 hrs bare metal. Stays 100% in sync after upgrades)
