Hack in "Responsive View Pool Detail with Stake"

Adds basic responsive folding to Pool Detail view.

The way styles have been implemented here is rather brittle and will lead to style rot, lost styles and CSS namespace collisions. It should be a priority to unpick these styles after the functionality is implemented.

As not all functionality is implemented yet there are possibly areas that are not working that I cannot style.
