Fixed Hex Editor locking Enter and Clear Buttons in Keyboards

RedShyGuy requested to merge fixKeyboardLock into develop

If the Hex Editor is open and the menu gets closed it will make the Clear/Enter Buttons of Keyboards unusable as the Hex Editor locks them. These changes fix that issue.
