Translatable Keywords

Joan CiberSheep requested to merge cibersheep/openstore-app:TranslatableCategories into master

The Keywords in the desktop file are used in the Dash search (just learnt). This commit will make Keywords translatable so you can search for localized terms in the Dash.

I didn't add the updated pot. Is it find to push it or it has to be done by the CI?

(I tested locally and the keywords are added to the pot)
