Adds tests on the vtkHyperTreeGridGeometry filter

Bug fixes and improvements made in the !83 (closed) in the CEAHyperTreeGridGeometry filter have been transferred into VTK's vtkHyperTreeGridGeometry filter. (see https://servicedesk.kitware.fr/sciviz/cea-vtkparaview-themys/-/issues/122)

This MR supersedes the !83 (closed). The tests realized in !83 (closed) are adapted to test the vtkHyperTreeGridGeometry
