Resolve "Optional activation of the loading of the interfaces of the code"

guillaume Peillex requested to merge 11-optional-activation-of-the-loading-of-the-interfaces-of-the-code-2 into main

Adds default values for the vtkMaterialInterface filter (Love) so that the user has just to click on apply to get the result.
