This PR fixes the Kafka Health Check to not bloat the logs by reusing the admin client. Also adds a separate Trade entity, which is just a data holder, recording which player did what trades. You can use the (very primitive) sql queries in db/ to gather match statistics that dont rely on the dashboard.
