redirect whole site to Etherlink docs

The doc for Tezos X will be rebased on the Etherlink doc where it is being updated with new features, tools, and pieces of infrastructure.

To avoid any confusion for developers (and users), we temporarily redirect them to the latter website, until the upcoming Tezos X launch.
