Jbuilder beta18

I'm a bit stumped on this one. I think @hnrgrgr would probably have an idea about how to make progress as I suspect part of the problem has to do with some code he submitted to Jbuilder/Dune, which was built on with this issue, though I'm not sure if this is correct. The current issue is that the compiler cannot find the CamlinternalFormatBasics module.

There may also be disadvantages to using Jbuilder+beta18 because it has a bug that causes it to open too many files. I've pinned things to the commit from this MR, which looks like it will be merged shortly.
