proto/zk_reveal: add new partial reveal proof constructor to the SCORU reveal_proof type

Context

We add a new constructor to Sc_rollup_proof_repr.reveal_proof to hold the partial reveal proofs and we verify these proofs in the arith PVM. Resolves #5525.
