Add tests dependencies

pietro requested to merge nomadic-labs/opam-repository:add_tests_dependencies into master

This MR adds on top of the fix-hidapi-and-big-update all the dependencies needed to run the new python tests and to build the documentation. Bundling all dependencies in the build image will reduce the CI running time on nomadic-labs/tezos
