Draft: [wip] Review dapp tutorial

Rework this tutorial to simplify it.

Known issues:

• Mutation tests don't catch any problems, and they should
• Can't work out how to call a contract itself with parameter_of, so for now I'm using a separate mocked contract to use as the parameter
