feat(indexer): Partially upgraded to Paris protocol:

  • Deprecated endorsements as far as they were incomplete and with breaking changes. Let us know if you need them.
  • Upgraded @taquito to 20.0.0.
  • NOTE: Balance updates from unsupported operations (e.g. endorsements or new operations from Oxford and Paris) are not being indexed despite their API exists.
