Refactor password encryption and decryption to use async execution

• Updated encrypt_password and decrypt_password functions in encrypter.py to utilize asynchronous execution with a thread pool, improving performance and responsiveness.
• Implemented asyncio and ThreadPoolExecutor to handle encryption and decryption tasks concurrently.
