Draft: Implemented changing the picker overlay color for QML

This MR implements the action of changing the color for the picker overlay in QML

  • Added function to change the color of the overlay picker
  • Implemented tests verifying the overlay is changed for single/multiple windows
  • Removed unused headers and trimmed whitespaces
