Fixed some sphinx warnings when building de documentation

  • Remove redundant linking in Python API Reference
  • Fixed WARNING: 'myst' cross-reference target not found An exemple of a pipeline can be seen here

More cleanup, but still unable to solve the sphinx toc tree issue

Excluded PyPI_description.md from Sphinx, I was not able to determine if it was used for PyPi deployment
