Show token name instead of ID in token listing

Replace the token ID column with the token name as the primary identifier. The token ID is accessible via a click popover on the token name, with a copy button and a toast notification. A warning clarifies this is the token ID, not the token value.

The created/regenerated token value display now uses inline code with a blue copy button and toast notification.
