Set tmt multihost `tmt-run-options` to `-vv`

Reduce tmt run verbosity in the test-schedule-tmt-multihost module config from -ddddvvv to -vv across the dev, staging and production public/local workers, keeping --log-topic=cli-invocations. This aligns all ranches with the Red Hat worker, which already used -vv.
