worker-redhat: mount docker creds to citool container

expose-docker-config-rh-ranch into main

Needed so we can clone without issues private quay repositories. Only done for RH ranch, in public ranch the authentication is not added.

Needed for compose-check to clone private quay.io/testing-farm/cnc image.
