These can be very expensive -- sometimes they contain thousands of
files. There is nothing there that a developer does not already know how
to get via dist-git or git cloning the upstream branch. So exclude these
from archiving.

This should eventually be done by tmt itself:

In the meantime, approximate what this will do with rsync exclusions.
