Define bodhi update support

This should bring the support to bodhi updates as installable artifact. Unlike the other implementations this one does not do the installation by default to avoid the issues with installing big updates and align with how tmt artifact will behave. The goal of this is to address big bodhi updates that break testing-farm requests when they are passed individually (another reason for disabling the installation of all packages by default).
