docs: expand console log section into comprehensive guest logs documentation

Rename the "Console Log" section to "Guest Logs" while keeping the [#console-log] anchor for backwards compatibility.

Add documentation for all guest log types collected by Testing Farm workers (console:dump, console:interactive, sys.log:dump, anaconda.log:dump, storage.log:dump, program.log:dump, packaging.log:dump, ks.cfg:dump) with per-provider availability.

Expand the cloud provider table from 4 to 8 entries with separate columns for console dump and interactive console support. Add practical guidance for Red Hat Ranch users on improving console log quality using --pool baseosci-openstack, --pool beaker, or AWS ENA pools. Document interactive console access and log file locations with actual artifact filenames.
