Fix option and argument names in CLI usage output

After the typer upgrade to 0.27 on Fedora 45, option and argument names in usage/error messages are no longer automatically formatted as before. This results in failed tests: https://gitlab.com/testing-farm/cli/-/pipelines/2837281311

Changes

  • --age option (listing): was showing as --AGE — fixed by adding explicit --age flag name (typer >= 0.26)
  • tests (cancel, restart, run): argument names are now lowercased in typer >= 0.27 (REQUEST_ID → request_id, COMMAND... → command). Made test assertions case-insensitive and the ... suffix optional.
