LLVMOrcCreateStaticLibrarySearchGeneratorForPath takes three
arguments: the TargetTriple parameter was removed from the
implementation in LLVM 17 (llvm-project 38d16f509a3f) and from the
header in LLVM 21 (llvm-project 70a3a1b8e590, #139259). Calling the
function through the four-argument prototype does not match the
symbol's ABI.

LLVMOrcCreateRTDyldObjectLinkingLayerWithMCJITMemoryManagerLikeCallbacks
takes a CreateContextCtx pointer right after the session, which was
missing: every following argument was shifted by one. Also
LLVMMemoryManagerCreateContextCallback returns the per-object context
(void *) that is passed to the other callbacks; it was declared as
returning nothing. Both match llvm-c/OrcEE.h since the function was
added in LLVM 16.

LLVMOrcMaterializationResponsibilityNotifyEmitted takes an array of
LLVMOrcCSymbolDependenceGroup built by the caller, which is impossible
with private fields. Every other C struct in this module exposes its
fields; this one was left out when it was added for LLVM 19.
