Add separate kind for photos

As per https://indieweb.org/post-type-discovery this is a separate type, but also it makes it easier for folks to find all my photos by going to /kind/photos/ instead of searching for it through my notes.

We need to make sure that we've got the photos kind in the main feed, because we want folks to see my photos more easily!
