Remove counts on tags

Jamie Tanna requested to merge feature/remove-tag-counts into master

Although I find it useful for visibility of how much content is tagged with a given tag, I feel it slows down site (re)builds/uploads as there's a tonne of files changing when i.e. only one new article is added.
