Add correct markup for Brid.gy quote tweets

As noticed with #864 (closed), the markup for a quote tweet with Brid.gy isn't quite right.

Piecing https://brid.gy/about#quote-tweet and https://realize.be/repost/1840 together we can get to the markup we have now, which will hopefully work.
