Fix: Reduce the size of `u-photo`s

Jamie Tanna requested to merge defect/photo-size into master

As found in #865 (closed), the photos are pretty huge as-is, and need to be shrunk down.

400px is a nice compromise between nice on mobile and not-too-small on desktop.

Closes #865 (closed).
