Generate post frequency by a post's kind

Jamie Tanna requested to merge feature/post-kind-visualisation into master

As part of #750 (closed), I wanted to look at generating the details for /post-frequency/ by using the inbuilt kind of a post, as that helps to make it much easier to map correctly, without doing the voodoo magic below, and to make it work across future post kinds.
