Show content of RSVPs in the feed, not links

As this is much more user friendly - the previous version looked a bit naff and doesn't read as nicely.

We can reuse the same format that exists in the RSVP's permalink, too, so they're the same, and there's no duplication.

Closes #476 (closed).
