Following on from d8442c2b, we can
introduce a single report for AWS infrastructure's End-of-Life or
Deprecation dates.

This follows the same approach of `table-joiner` and `UNION`s, and the
`queries_hack.go` to allow us to work around
https://github.com/kyleconroy/sqlc/issues/1546 to provide `UNION`
support across tables.

We can also replace any of the existing reporting code, and purely rely
on SQL.
