chore: remove ability to filter policy violations by `advisoryType` · 8dede055

As Policy Violations are now _only_ available through the `advisories`'
table where the `advisory_type` is `POLICY`, we should remove the
ability to filter this field unnecessarily.

This was missed as part of d0d62380.
